A. Definition
1. IndoIndianshop is a limited liability service that operates the web portal service business activity www.indoindianshop.com, which is a store search site and goods sold by registered sellers. Hereinafter referred to as IndoIndianshop.
2. The IndoIndianshop site is www.indoindianshop.com.
3. The terms & conditions are an agreement between the User and IndoIndianshop which contains a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and IndoIndianshop, as well as procedures for using the IndoIndianshop service system.
4. Users are parties who use the IndoIndianshop service, including but not limited to buyers, sellers and other parties who just visit the IndoIndianshop Site.
5. Buyers are registered users who make requests for goods sold by the seller on the IndoIndianshop site.
6. Seller is a registered user who opens a shop and / or offers an item to IndoIndianshop Site users.
7. Goods are objects that are tangible / have physical goods that can be delivered / meet the delivery criteria by the goods delivery service company.
8. The Income Balance is a temporary storage facility for seller’s funds (not a fund storage facility), provided by IndoIndianshop to accommodate funds from the sale of goods and / or affiliate commissions on the IndoIndianshop Site. These funds can only be withdrawn to a registered bank account and cannot be used again to make purchases on the IndoIndianshop Site.

B. Account, Refund Balance, Income Balance, Password and Security
1. User hereby declares that the user is a person who is capable and able to bind himself in an agreement that is lawful.
2. Registered users have the right to act as:
– Buyers
– Sellers, by utilizing the shop opening service.
3. Users who will act as sellers are required to choose the option of using the store opening service. After using the shop opening service, the User has the right to make arrangements for the items to be traded in the user’s personal storefront.
4. IndoIndianshop without prior notification to the User, has the authority to take necessary actions for any suspected violation or violation of the Terms & conditions and / or applicable law, namely actions in the form of deleting goods, store moderation, closing shops, cancellation of listings, account suspension, and / or deletion of user accounts.
5. IndoIndianshop has the authority to close shop or User accounts either temporarily or permanently if fraud is found in transactions, violations of IndoIndianshop ‘s .The user agrees that IndoIndianshop has the right to take other necessary actions in this regard, including but not limited to refusing to open a new store if a similar data is found.
6. Users are prohibited from creating and / or using devices, software, features and / or other tools that aim to manipulate the IndoIndianshop system, including but not limited to: (i) manipulation of Store data; (ii) browsing activities (crawling / scraping); (iii) automation activities in transactions, buying and selling, promotions, etc .; (v) adding products to the storefront; and / or (vi) other activities that could reasonably be assessed as acts of system manipulation.
7. IndoIndianshop has the authority to make adjustments to the number of shop transactions, adjust the number of reputations, and / or carry out the moderation process / close the User’s account, if it is known or suspected of fraud by the User which aims to manipulate User transaction data in order to improve the store reputation (review and or number of transactions) . 8. The Income Balance only comes from the sale of goods on the IndoIndianshop Site and cannot be topped up independently.
9. Income balance can only be made withdrawal of funds (withdrawal) to a bank account registered in the User’s account, and cannot be used as a payment method for purchases of goods, digital products, and / or investment products on the IndoIndianshop Site.

13. The User agrees to ensure that the User leaves the account at the end of each session and notifies IndoIndianshop if there is any unauthorized use of the User’s password or account.
14. Users hereby declare that IndoIndianshop is not responsible for any losses or constraints arising from misuse of User accounts caused by User negligence, including but not limited to lending or providing account access to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, password or email to other parties, or other User negligence which results in losses or constraints on User accounts.
15. Sellers are prohibited from promoting shops and / or goods directly using private message facilities, product discussions, product reviews that may disturb the comfort of other users.

C. Purchase
1. Buyers are required to transact through the transaction procedures set by IndoIndianshop. Buyers make payments using the payment method that has been previously chosen by the Buyer, and then IndoIndianshop will forward the funds to the Seller when the stages of the buying and selling transaction on the IndoIndianshop system have been completed, using the Withdrawal features.
2. When purchasing goods, the buyer agrees that:
a. The buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the information / description of the entire item (including but not limited to color, quality, function, etc.) before making an offer or commitment to purchase.
b. Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of the product as shown on the IndoIndianshop site depends on the Buyer’s computer monitor. IndoIndianshop has made its best efforts to ensure that the colors in the photos displayed on the IndoIndianshop Site appear as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that the appearance of colors on the IndoIndianshop Site will be accurate.
c. The user enters into a legally binding contract to buy an item when the user purchases an item.
d. IndoIndianshop does not legally transfer ownership of goods from the Seller to the Buyer.
3. The buyer understands and agrees that the availability of stock of goods is the responsibility of the seller who offers the goods. Regarding the stock availability of goods, it can change at any time, so that when the stock is empty, the seller will reject the order, and the payment for the item in question is returned to the buyer.
4. Buyer fully understands and agrees that all transactions made between Buyers and Sellers other than through the Official IndoIndianshop Account and / or without IndoIndianshop’s knowledge (through private facilities / networks, sending messages, arranging special transactions outside the IndoIndianshop site or other efforts) are personal responsibility from the Buyer.
5. IndoIndianshop has the full authority to refuse payments without prior notification.
6. Payment by the Buyer must be made immediately (no later than 24 hours) after the Buyer checks out. If within the time limit the buyer’s payment or payment confirmation has not been made, IndoIndianshop has the authority to cancel the transaction. The user is not entitled to submit claims or demands for cancellation of the transaction.
7. The buyer agrees not to notify or submit proof of payment and / or payment data to parties other than IndoIndianshop. E. Showcase Arrangement
1. Sellers are prohibited from using storefronts (including and not limited to store information and goods information) as a medium for advertising or promoting to other web pages outside the IndoIndianshop site.
2. Sellers are prohibited from providing personal contact data with the intention of making transactions directly to Buyers / prospective Buyers.
3. The seller is prohibited from providing information (shop information and / or goods) other than / outside of the shop’s information and / or the goods concerned.
4. The naming of goods and product information must be carried out in accordance with detailed information, specifications and conditions of the goods, thus users are not allowed to include names, descriptions, pictures and / or words that are not related and / or not in accordance with the goods.
5. The naming of goods and product information must be in accordance with the conditions of the goods displayed and the user is not allowed to include names and information that are not in accordance with the conditions of the goods.
6. The seller is obliged to separate each item that has a different size and price.
7. IndoIndianshop has the authority to change the name and / or use the name of the Store and / or User’s domain for IndoIndianshop’s internal interests.

F. Commission
1. IndoIndianshop does charge a 10% commission for transactions made through the IndoIndianshop Site.

G. Price
1. The price of goods on the IndoIndianshop site is the price set by the seller. Sellers are prohibited from manipulating the price of goods in any way.
2. Sellers are prohibited from setting unreasonable prices for goods offered through the IndoIndianshop Site. IndoIndianshop has the right to take actions in the form of checking, delaying, or reducing content as well as other actions based on IndoIndianshop’s own judgment on the basis of unreasonable pricing.
3. The buyer understands and agrees that the error in price information and other information caused by the IndoIndianshop site page is not updating because the browser / ISP used by the Buyer is the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. The seller understands and agrees that typographical errors that cause price statements or other information to be incorrect / appropriate are the responsibility of the seller. Keep in mind in this case, if there is an accidental typing of information on the price of the goods, the seller has the right to refuse the order of goods made by the buyer.
5. The user understands and agrees that any problems and / or disputes that occur due to disagreements between the Seller and the Buyer about prices are not the responsibility of IndoIndianshop.
6. By placing an order through IndoIndianshop, the User agrees to pay the total fees that must be paid as stated on the payment page, which consists of the price of goods, shipping costs, and other costs that may arise and will be clearly described on the payment page. The User agrees to make payments via the payment method the User has previously chosen.
7. The IndoIndianshop site currently only serves sale and purchase transactions of goods in Rupiah currency.

H. Shipping rates
Buyers understand and understand that IndoIndianshop currently does NOT provide any shipping service integration to the sellers. Seller will ship the goods with the understanding that the buyer will pay the shipping fee for each transaction.
The user understands and agrees that the cost of sending goods is beyond the responsibility of IndoIndianshop, and therefore, it is the seller’s own policy to cancel or continue to deliver goods.

I. Content
1. 4. Sellers are not allowed to use photos / images of goods or shop logos as a medium for advertising or promoting to other sites outside the IndoIndianshop Site, or providing personal contact data to make transactions directly to buyers / prospective buyers.
5. The seller guarantees that the uploaded photos / images do not include content that is prohibited under Point I. 1 or violates the rights of other parties. If a photo / image is found to violate the content based on Point I. 1 or there is a report of violation of the rights of another party, then IndoIndianshop has the right to take the necessary actions for violating these provisions, including but not limited to removing content and / or other actions that need to be taken.
6. When a User uploads to the IndoIndianshop Site with content or posts content, the User grants IndoIndianshop a non-exclusive, worldwide, continuous, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-license (through several levels) right to exercise any and all copyrights , publicity, trademarks, database rights and intellectual property rights that Users have in content, in any media known now or in the future. K. Delivery of goods
1. Delivery of goods in the IndoIndianshop system is the responsibility of the seller.
2. Every provision with respect to the process of sending the goods is the sole authority of the seller.
3. The user understands and agrees that any problems that occur during the process of sending the goods by the goods delivery service provider are the responsibility of the seller.
4. If it is necessary to process the return of goods, then the User, both the Seller and the Buyer, is obliged to send the goods directly to the respective Buyers and Sellers. IndoIndianshop does not accept returns or shipments of goods for transactions made by users under any circumstances.
5. In the event of problems in the delivery process in the form of lost goods, damaged goods, etc., Buyers and Sellers can report to IndoIndianshop no later than 3×24 hours from the time of delivery for an investigation process.

L. Withdrawing funds
1. Withdrawals from fellow banks will be processed only after 3 x 24 working days, while interbank funds withdrawals will be processed only after 4 X 24 working days.

M. Refunds / Returns
